Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to VibeNestAI. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use (also called our End User License Agreement or EULA). These Terms apply in addition to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VibeNestAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

VibeNestAI is an AI-powered interior-design application that transforms room photos into design concepts. The service includes:

• Room photo capture and selection
• AI-powered design transformations
• AI refinements for eligible Pro users
• Local saving, downloading, and sharing of designs

3. Free Access, Pro, and Payments

• Each app identity receives one free room transformation
• An active Pro entitlement unlocks additional transformations and AI refinements during each subscription period
• Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; the exact subscription title, length, price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown by the store and in the app before purchase
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the renewal cost identified at purchase (or as otherwise shown by the store)
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial or free allowance, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that service, where applicable

Before you subscribe, the app will clearly show the subscription title, length, and price, plus links to this Terms of Use (EULA) and our Privacy Policy.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of photos you upload
• You grant us license to process photos for AI generation
• You are responsible for having rights to any photos you upload
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Upload content that infringes others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer the app
• Abuse or exploit the AI generation system
• Share your account credentials

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated designs are provided "as is" for inspiration purposes. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of design suggestions
• Feasibility of implementing designs
• Results matching exact expectations

7. Limitation of Liability

VibeNestAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

10. Apple and Other Stores

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and VibeNestAI only, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content. Your use of the App Store or Google Play is also subject to their applicable terms. For iOS, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the extent required, and these Terms add our service-specific terms (including subscriptions and AI features).
