Service Information
- Anonymous Account: The app creates a random account and session identifier so it can protect the free allowance and paid access without asking you to sign up.
- Purchase Status: If you use Pro, we receive subscription and entitlement status associated with that random identifier.
- Camera and Photo Access: These permissions are used only when you choose to capture, select, or save an image.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and refine AI room-design images
- To enforce the free-generation allowance and confirm Pro access
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the service
- To respond when you contact support
3. Third-Party Services
We use service providers only where needed to operate these features:
- Google Gemini: Receives the room photo and design instructions needed to generate or refine an image. Google's applicable service terms and privacy practices govern its processing.
- RevenueCat: Receives the app's random user identifier and store purchase information to manage Pro access.
- Apple App Store or Google Play: Processes purchases and subscriptions. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Any third party with whom we share user data in order to operate the app (including the providers listed above) is required to provide the same or equal protection of that data as described in this Privacy Policy and required by Apple's App Store Review Guidelines. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos or design instructions for advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.
4. Storage and Retention
Room photos and instructions are sent for processing but are not intentionally saved in our application database. Generation jobs are temporary. Designs you save remain on your device until you remove them or the app's data. Our service providers may retain data as described in their own terms and policies.
5. Your Choices and Rights
You can choose not to grant camera or photo-library access (and can change those permissions later in your device settings), and you can remove locally saved designs from the app or by deleting the app's data. You may withdraw consent to further processing by stopping use of the generation features and by contacting us. You may also contact us to ask about, correct, or delete information associated with the app's anonymous account, subject to applicable law and information reasonably needed to identify that account. 6. Children's Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the effective date.
